Have a lot more veggies than you can keep up with? We have the PERFECT solution for you. Have you ever thought about JUICING THEM? Juicing your veggies is a great way to pack in MORE nutrients into your diet. A great practice to adopt is juicing for breakfast to get all your minerals and vitamins for the day.

Some believe that juicing is better than eating whole fruits and vegetables because your body can absorb the nutrients better and it gives your digestive system a rest from digesting fiber. When you give your body a break from digesting food, it has time to do other bodily things like self clean, and self heal!

They say juicing can reduce your risk of cancer, boost your immune system, remove toxins from your body, aid digestion and help you lose weight! We have found ALL of this to be true and even more, juicing for long periods of time has also improved our moods, and energy!

There is also another cool benefit to juicing, if you, your family or friends aren't particularly big fans of the taste of Kale or other green veggies -- JUICING is a great way to trick yourself into getting your daily veggies, minerals and nutrients our bodies need to stay alive.

Mixing kale, cucumber, spinach and celery alone may be too much VEGGIE for the average person, but mix a couple apples with it and BAM you have yourself a delicious, healthy, yet amazingly sweet and tasty power drink.

Here at Pure Pollination, we can't NOT juice, we juice every single day because it makes us feel amazing. You should too!

Imagine your own space filled with tasty veggies that you can pluck and ravish at anytime. What a cheerful thought. We want everybody to lavish in how easy it is to grow your own food. That’s what we always strive for at Seeds of Strength.

The perks of growing your own food are unlimited. What you put on your plate, you know where it’s coming from and how it is being grown. It is your choice if you allow pesticides or fertilizers to come in contact with your produce or not.

Your own picked food is more diverse and healthier, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and most importantly the love and time you put into it. The produce in grocery stores is harvested earlier than it should be and remains in storage or shelves for extended periods before purchase; this means that A LOT of nutritional value is lost.

You can save so much money by investing on our seed kits and growing vegetables that will yield pounds of produce year-round. No need to run multiple errands to the grocery store.

It is an activity with both physiological and psychological effects. Breathe the fresh air of your garden, consume the nutrients of your home-grown vegetables.
