The first available shipping dates are not guaranteed. We take weather conditions (heat, etc.) into consideration, and we ship your plants at the optimal time to ensure the best condition possible upon arrival.

Shipping & Handling Information

• Plants are shipped at the proper planting time for your hardiness zone.

• To ensure fresh delivery, all annual and perennial 3- and 6-packs are sent via Express Delivery.

• For seeds and accessory orders, allow up to two business days for order processing.

• An order cannot be cancelled once it has been prepared for shipping.

• Your credit card is not charged until your order ships.

• Ground rate shipping takes 5 to 7 business days on average after leaving our building.

• Your order may arrive in separate boxes. This will not affect your total shipping charges.

• Bulky or heavy items may require additional delivery charges.

• Refunds may be made in the form of merchandise credit.

• All orders are shipped FOB Origin.

Garden Fresh Express
If the product description notes “Garden Fresh Express”, we provide Express Shipping at no extra charge.

Express Shipping
Two-Day and Priority Overnight shipping via UPS are available for an additional charge for most products.

Heavy / Oversize
If an item requires added handling due to size or weight, you will see any added charge listed in the product description.

P.O. Box Shipping
Add $5.95 per item.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
We send orders to these states using Express Delivery. One added day is required, and we charge $20 extra per shipment.

Canada and Foreign Deliveries
We cannot ship to Canada, Internationally, or to APO / FPO addresses.

Delivery Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Tax Information

Sales Taxes will be estimated when orders are placed on the web or through our Call Center. Actual Taxes will be computed at the time the product is shipped and you will be emailed with the final order total including actual tax. If no tax is collected you may owe Use Tax to your state on this purchase.

If placing an order with a catalog mail in order form, follow the steps below. If you prefer to have us guide you through this, please email info@seedsofstrength.net or easily place your order online and leave the rest to us.

• Step 1 - If your state is listed below, please click on the state specific link to find your tax region and tax rate. If your state is not listed, you do not need to include estimated sales tax with your order.

• Step 2 - Multiply the merchandise subtotal from your catalog mail in order form by the state sales tax rate to calculate your estimated tax. Write the estimated sales tax amount on your catalog mail in order form and include it in your order total.

• Step 3 - Mail in your completed catalog mail in order form with your full payment including estimated sales tax. We will contact you directly with any questions on your order once we receive it.
